This week should prove to be another great derby week, with inter-city rivalry matches taking place in Milan, Liverpool and Barcelona, among others. The only match between two current WCR Top 25 Clubs takes place on Sunday afternoon, where AC Milan and Inter Milan will battle for dominance of the city. As fate has it, the weekend’s second-best match will take place at pretty much the same time, when Atletico de Madrid hosts Sevilla.
As always, there are the normal slew of matches all up and down your television dial and broadband whatever-its-equivalent-of-a-dial-is. As usual, matches from all over the world wre considered for inclusion in the Top Five Matches of the Weekend, including nations such as England (Liverpool/Everton), Germany (Stuttgart/Dortmund), the United States (Columbus/New England), Spain (Barcelona/Espanyol) and Mexico (UNAM/Atlante). Which ones made it? Let’s see. (And have a great weekend!!!)
