Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!!! Unless, of course, you're English, in which case (a) it's not Thanksgiving and (b) you're probably not happy. As somebody who was relatively disinterested, I have to say that yesterday's game with Croatia was as exciting a game as I had hoped it would be. After Crouch's goal, I thought the momentum in England's favor was going to be too much for Croatia to overcome, but I was wrong. At least it looks like you won't have Steve McClaren to kick around anymore.

This is the next-to-final chart that features only European teams. Sorry for that, but I just didn't have enough data to include South America until the 1964 season.
